Teski Cleaning provide Deep Cleaning, Anti-Microbial Fogging and High Touch Point (HTP) Cleaning. This service is the most thorough approach to sanitisation and disinfection as it disinfects not only hard surfaces but also the entire airspace. The Teski Cleaning service is the decontamination of surfaces via the application of disinfectant using a fogging system. By utilising the fogging method of application, it enables chemical to be atomized down to 5μm (roughly 20 times smaller than a rain droplet) and dispersed throughout an internal space at a rate that is viable and effective. The atomised chemical accesses areas that are not readily serviced by hand application methods providing the most all-encompassing surface coverage available. Teski Cleaning also provide wiping down of all High Touch Point (HTP) surfaces, sanitising and disinfecting all required areas.

This process of floor cleaning is better referred to in the cleaning industry as strip and seal and is best for the following types of flooring surfaces.

The methodology includes the stripping away of the floorings coats of grime followed by cleaning the film or worn sealant of flooring using commercial grade machines. Once this process has been done the floor is then resealed with polish to leave your floor sparkling! Depending on the condition of the floor and the timeframe between the last strip and seal the process can differ significantly. If your floor has not been strip and sealed for over a 12 month period then it is highly likely that a complete strip of your floors layer will need to be done to ensure a satisfactory outcome to meet your desired needs. If you do this on a regular basis being 3 – 6 months, it is less likely that Teski Cleaning will need to strip more than the top layer of your floor.
